FAQs

How long does a groom take?

Most full grooms take 2–4 hours, depending on your dog’s size and coat. Baths usually take 1 to 2 hours, and short-coated dogs about an hour. We text you as soon as your pet is ready.

Your dog waits in the bathing room until bath time, then moves to their groomer’s room. After the groom, they rest in a kennel in that same quiet room, with their groomer, until you arrive. Many dogs relax or even nap.

Full-service grooms start at $77. The final price depends on your dog’s size, coat and condition. Call us and we’ll give you a price for your dog.

As soon as you know your return dates. Winter appointments, especially January, fill early.

Yes. Melissa grooms cats in Summerfield on Tuesdays. We never sedate cats for grooming.
