FAQs

What is a private grooming room?

Instead of one large open floor, your dog is groomed in a separate, quiet room. Fewer sights and sounds means less stress.

Most full grooms take 2–4 hours, depending on size and coat. Baths usually take 1 to 1½ hours. We text you as soon as your pet is ready.

Your dog waits in the bathing room until bath time, then moves to their groomer’s room. After the groom, they rest in a kennel in that same quiet room, with their groomer, until you arrive.

Yes. A puppy’s first visits shape how they feel about grooming for life, so we keep them for a shorter time so they have a calm and positive experience.

Full-service grooms start at $77 and mini grooms start at $62. The final price depends on your dog’s size, coat and condition. Call us and we’ll give you a price for your dog.
